A: A Virtual assistant is a highly trained and experienced person who can be employed on a flexible basis by you or your company. The major difference is they work from a remote location normally their homes.

A:After you contact us, we will take all relevant details and inform you immediately whether or not we are able to carry out the work you need within your timeframe,If this is possible then usually we will arange to discuss all business needs with the client.  Due to this work not being conducted in the client's office or workplace I feel it is important to establish a trustworthy relationship, prior to any work taking place. You will be asked to sign a contact and a confidentiality agreement before any work commences.  Once the work has been completed it is sent back to you.  Any changes or corrections can be completed free of charge within the first 24 hours.  Please note final proofreading is the responsibility of the client and must be completed within the first 5 days.

A:: A detailed  invoice will be sent upon completion and payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer (all bank charges shall be the responsibility of the client). Terms for payment are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice unless separate terms are agreed.

A:We usually charge a daily rate, however for clients who have projects that may not take a full day to complete we can come to a seperate agreement of rate.



A: We are not a strictly 9 to 5 business, we understand that we may be required to work weekends and evenings as some people may need tasks completed during out of office hours.

A: No we only store work for a certain amount of time, unless otherwise requested upon completion all records are destroyed. The work we complete is strictly confidential and an agreement can be supplied if  requested by the client.
